We live in an upstairs apartment and the person below us was complaining about the noise of our footsteps, so I was looking for a slipper without an outdoor sole (which might make the footsteps a little noisier). This fit the bill. My only complaint is that these are a bit snug. I can’t just slip my feet in them. I have to use my hands and tug just a little. I’m a size 7 and ordered the size 6.5-7.5.
